AutoImpute

AutoImpute

AutoImpute is an R tool for genotype imputation. The AutoImpute algorithm avoids dropouts by autoencoder-based sparse gene expression matrix imputation method and learning a distribution of sing-cell expression data distributions. Requires: Python 2.7, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and matplotlib.
