GIGSEA

GIGSEA

GIGSEA (Genotype Imputed Gene Set Enrichment Analysis) is a tool to analyze imputed genotypes. The GIGSEA algorithm uses a combination of genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics and eQTL to deduce differential gene expression and to examine enrichment for gene sets.
