A web-based tool for genotype imputation. The Michigan Imputation Server supports the following reference panels: 1. HapMap Release 2, 2. 1000 Genomes Phase 1, 3. 1000 Genomes Phase 3, 4. CAAPA African American, 5. Haplotype Reference Consortium, 6. Hosting your own reference panels. The Michigan Imputation Server is open source and the source code is available for download.
