Anchored DIALIGN

Anchored DIALIGN

A web server for multiple protein and DNA sequence alignment. The tool allows a user to specify sequence segments as anchor points. The algorithm then aligns sequences using the anchor points as constraints. Alternatively, multiple sequence alignments can be done autonomously. This version of DIALIGN can only align sequences up a few thounsand residues.
