COGNAC

COGNAC

COGNAC (COnnection tables Graphs for Nucleic ACids) is a web-based tool to search, analyze, and annotate hydrogen-bonded base interactions in 3-dimensional RNA structures. The COGNAC algorithm uses the graph-theoretical implementation of the Ullmann subgraph isomorphism.
