NUCwave

NUCwave

NUCwave is a tool to create nucleosome occupation maps from Chromatin digestion with micrococcal nuclease (MNase-seq), Chemical cleavage of chromatin (CC-seq), and Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP-seq) and fragmentation by sonication. The NUCwave algorithm can use both single-read and paired-end sequencing protocols.
