RNAparametric is a web-based tool to compute the minimum free energy structures of RNA. The RNAparametric package consists of RNAhairpin, RNAmloopNum, RNAmloopOrder, and RNAmloopHP algorithms that compute the Boltzmann partition function for hairpins, the number of multiloops, maximum depth of multiloops, and the concurrent number of hairpins and multiloops. The Boltzmann probabilities of the hairpin and multiloop structures are beneficial as added characteristics in discovering noncoding RNAs.
