Repeat Enrichment Estimator is a web-based tool to estimate the enrichment of repetitive elements from short-read sequencing data. The Repeat Enrichment Estimator processes simple ChIP-control paired and large datasets. The web site contains assemblies for Human hs36, Mouse mm9, Drosophila dm3.
