banana is a tool for predicting and plotting B-DNA bending and curvature. The banana algorithm predicts B-DNA, normal DNA, double helix bending utilizing the Goodsell & Dickerson method by computing the extent of local bending and macroscopic curving at each point of a DNA sequence.
