COMSPARI

COMSPARI

COMSPARI (COMparison of SPectral And Retention Information) is a tool to visualize mass spectrometry data. Mainly for GC/MS and LC/MS but is also usable for other technologies. The COMSPARI algorithm has a function to simultaneously visualize two separate M/S data to allow comparison.
