DAnTE

Dante is an R tool for general omics data analysis tasks. Dante has functions for Merge, sort, filter, apply arbitrary R commands, Normalization via eigenvalues, linear regression, LOESS, quantiles, Via medians, means or quantiles, Shapiro-Wilks, Kruskal-Wallis statistics, Matrix/Scatterplot, 3D plots using RGL, histogram, QQ, boxplots, ellipses, and Venn diagram. Note that Dante is superseded by InfernoRDN.
