MSstatsTMT

MSstatsTMT

MSstatsTMT is an R tool to detect differentially abundant proteins in shotgun mass spectrometry using the tandem mass tagging. The MSstatsTMT algorithm has functions for protein summarization based on peptide quantification data and visualization and model-based group comparison for the detection of changes in abundance. MSstatsTMT works with isobaric labeling quantitative proteomics, such as iTRAQ and TMT.
