MyriMatch

MyriMatch

MyriMatch is a tool for the analysis of shotgun proteomics data. The MyriMatch algorithm uses the multivariate hypergeometric distribution to compare peptide sequences against a protein database and computes the probabilities for each match occurring by random chance.
