ProteinProphet

ProteinProphet

ProteinProphet is a tool to identify proteins by tandem mass spectrometry. The ProteinProphet algorithm uses the expectation-maximization algorithm and learns from a subsequent dataset by how much peptide probabilities should be adjusted.
