SBPKS2 is a web-based tool to analyze polyketide and non-ribosomal peptide synthetases based on structure. A new function to compare the chemical structure of a secondary metabolite to the chemical structures of intermediates and final products. In addition, to identify catalytic domains it uses HMM profile-based searches.
