TAPO

TAPO

TAPO (TAndemPrOtein detector) is a web-based tool to identify elements repeated in tandem in protein sequences. The TAPO algorithm uses atomic coordinate periodicities, strings generated by conformational alphabets, residue contact maps, and arrangements secondary structure elements.
