AltAnalyze

AltAnalyze

AltAnalyze is a tool for the analysis of differential gene expression and alternative splicing in RNA-seq and Affymetrix (exon, gene, junction) data. The AltAnalyze includes multiple visualization functions, for example, network, pathway, splicing graph, and varying levels of abstraction: isoform, exon, protein, domain, molecular interactions.
