Artemis set of software consists of 1. Artemis for browsing and annotating genomes, 2. Artemis Comparison Tool (ACT) to compare DNA sequences and to investigate synteny, 3. BamView to visualize BAM and CRAM files, and 4. DNAPlotter uses Artemis to read EMBL, GFF3, and Genbank files to generate DNA maps.
