BASIC (uchicago)

BASIC (uchicago)

BASIC is a tool for assembling B-cell receptor (BCR) single-cell RNA-seq data. The BASIC algorithm first identifies known constant and variable regions to anchor sequences and then uses the recognized anchors to guide the assembly of BCR.
