CALISTA

CALISTA

CALISTA (Clustering and Lineage Inference in Single-Cell Transcriptional Analysis) is a tool for analysis of single-cell RNA-seq data. The CALISTA algorithm includes functions for analysis of differential expression, single-cell clustering, cell-lineage reconstruction, and pseudo-time ordering.
