COAC

COAC (Component Overlapping Attribute Clustering) is a tool to make a sub-population gene co-expression network analysis from single-cell RNA-seq data. The COAC algorithm uses a new Component Overlapping Attribute Clustering, inferring co-expression patterns from the elements of a matrix of scRNA-seq profiles.
