ClusterMine

ClusterMine

ClusterMine is an R tool for clustering single-cell RNA-seq data. The ClusterMine algorithm uses a gene set that contains functionally related genes for data partitioning into sub-categories. It analyses the sub-categories and combines these into a final clustering. ClusterMine requires a list of gene sets and a gene expression data matrix as inputs.
