DIEM

DIEM

DIEM (Debris Identification using Expectation Maximization) is a tool to remove debris-contaminated droplets in single nucleus snRNA-seq data. The DIEM algorithm uses the expression profile of background RNA droplets and expectation maximization (EM) to assign candidate debris.
