Granatum

Granatum

Granatum is a pipeline tool for single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data analysis. The Granatum package contains modules for quality control, normalization, clustering, differential gene expression, and enrichment analysis, protein network interaction visualization, and cell pseudo-time pathway construction. The graphical user interface guides through all the analysis steps.
