MMAPPR

MMAPPR

MMAPPR (MAPPR2) is a tool for mapping mutations in pooled RNA_seq data, specifically forward screens of F2 data. The MMAPPR2 algorithm is an improved version of MMAPPR, and it distinguishes differences among control and mutant RNA sequences. It also uses Ensembl's Variant Effect Predictor to predict effects and ranks candidate mutations.
