Mikado

Mikado

Mikado is a pipeline tool for the selection of useful transcript sequences from transcriptome assemblies. The Mikado algorithm uses several different methods to identify expressed loci, for the assignment of representative transcripts, and the selection gene model sets. The algorithm uses up to 50 different metrics, and can also use BLAST data for the scoring of transcript similarity and identify chimeras.
