ORMAN

ORMAN

ORMAN (Optimal Resolution of Multimapping Ambiguity of RNA-Seq Reads) is a tool to resolve transcript mappings in RNA-seq data. Th ORMAN algorithm uses combinatorial optimization, integer linear programming, heuristics, and well-know approximation methods.
