PathwaySplice

An R tool for analysis of splicing pathways. The PathwaySplice algorithm adjusts the number of exon junctions, visualizes a selection bias, supports Gene Ontology terms, user-defined gene sets, distinguishes primary genes in a pathway, and arranges pathways into an enrichment map.
