QoRTs

QoRTs

QoRTs is a tool for quality control of RNA-seq data. The QoRTs algorithm has functions for the analysis, quality control, and data management, primarily the detection identification mistakes, biases, and artifacts in paired-end sequencing. It can also compute count data and group-summary genome track files for visualization in the UCSC genome browser.
