SCOUT

SCOUT

SCOUT is a tool to infer pseudo-time ordering and bifurcation trajectories in single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The SCOUT algorithm uses the fixed-radius near neighbors algorithms for cell densities to identify cell states, and use the minimum spanning tree to compute branching. SCOUT determines a weighted distance to using a projection of Apollonian circle to compute the pseudo-time trajectories cells.
