A web portal for analysis, annotation, and visualization of RNA-seq data sets. The SPAR portal supports data originating from smRNA-seq, short total RNA sequencing, single-cell small RNA-seq, and microRNA-seq. Additionally, SPAR contains sncRNA data sets and data from 185 human tissues from ENCODE.
