TRAP

TRAP

TRAP (the Tandem Repeats Analysis Program) is a tool to choose, classify, quantify, and automatic annotation of sequences repeated in tandem. The TRAP algorithm utilizes the results from the Tandem Repeats Finder to analyze the satellite content of DNA sequences.
