MaCH-Admix

MaCH-Admix

MaCH-admix is a tool for genotype imputation, having added features compared to the MaCH 1.0 tool. The MaCH-admix algorithm does piecewise selection of a reference to tailor-make it fit for a target person. Also, the algorithm allows the use of standard reference panels and independent, calibrated parameters by separating imputation itself from parameter estimation.
