Minimac2

Minimac2

Minimac2 is a tool for genotype imputation. The Minimac2 Algorithm is a computationally efficient implementation of MaCH algorithm, works on phased genotypes and can handle large reference panels up to hundreds of thousands of haplotypes. A multiprocessor version, minimac2-omp is available from the download page.
