MFPaQ

MFPaQ

MFPaQ (Mascot File Parsing and Quantification) is a tool to parse, validate, quantify Mascot results and isotopic labeling, SILAC/ICAT, and spectral counting, MS signal comparison. The MFPaQ algorithm has functions for retrieving the Mascot list of proteins, validation, sorting by scores, and by user-defined criteria.
