XTandem

XTandem

X!Tandem is a tool to identify proteins in tandem mass spectra (MS/MS) data. The X!Tandem algorithm computes the statistical confidence for spectrum to sequence alignments and alignments to known protein sequences. The X!Tandem package has a graphical user interface (GUI) for visualization. See also 1. XTandem Parser, 2. rTANDEM, 3. shinyTANDEM.
