postprocess

postprocess

postprocess is an algorithm for the recovery of alternative splicing and library-specific expression data from de Bruijn graphs. The postprocess algorithm is for post-processing the Velvet assembler output. It reports the expression levels as reads per kilobase per million mapped reads (RPKM).
